We've started half-teaspoon of mineral oil and increased her peaches and that seems to help, but whenever we deviate, she goes right back to hard p**p.

Does this mean we have to do this all the time? She's so picky. Chicken, pizza, fries, brocolli, strawberries, peaches, apples, toast, eggs, pancakes, hamburgers. That's about it for her diet. She won't touch anything else.

  1. it okay just give her some milk.

  2. more water or juice

  3. Well try some apple juice each day for a few days. One little hint - if you dice very small vegetables and pulse them in a blender you can add these to pizza and to hamburgers too. This adds to the veggies which may help to eliminate this problem (no pun intended ).

  4. At two years old that picky? Why did you feed her that junk at such an early age? Now that will be the only thing she will ever eat and will eventually be pretty over weight. I suggest not giving her what she wants until she forgets how good it tastes and only give her...well stuff that isn't fries, hamburger or pizza

  5. You need to increase her fluids. Don't offer her foods that are not healthy for her. It is very normal for her to be picky at this age. She likes what is familiar and a little shy of what she isn't familiar with.

I take care of two little ones and I have to stay after them to keep them drinking fluids so they don't have this issue.

I take a packaged of prunes and put them in 2 cups of water in the refrigerator. I then add just a little to their last glass of juice of the day a couple times a week. It helps soften their stools. You may want to do this.

Add berries to the pancakes and keep offering other vegetables and fruits. Don't stop and think she is just picky. It helps if you sit with her and she sees you eating.

Offer one vegetable a day and eat in front of her saying "mmmm this is good".
