My 20 month old son broke his leg. He has a twin sister who CAN walk. How do I keep him amused and comfy?

let him crawl around on the floor, keep snacks like fruit puffs and a small sippy cup on the floor for him to self feed too.

just keep telling yourself that it's only temporary

Keep him sitting down and just play games with him, have his toys accesible for him and give him a little more attention so he's not tempted to get up and further injure himself. Hope this helps.

how much of a cast does he have? Is it just a leg cast or is it a body cast? My son broke his thigh bone when he was about that age...he was in a body cast for 5 weeks. I let him use washable markers to color on his own cast, he spent lots of the day sitting in a big stroller, he had a portable DVD player that he could watch movies on... I'll let you know more when I think of it.
