My 2000 vw beetle is making this beeping sound when i go under 45 mph, it does not do it over 45 mph.

my 2000 vw beetle will make 3 beeps when i go under 45 mph, it does not do it over 45 mph. ive tried my seatbelt, and thats not it. there are no check engine light on, nor is there any codes pulling up.. what the h**l could it be.. its driving me crazy.. please help me!!!!!
