My 2001 CBR F4i headlights will not turn on?

I thought my bulbs were bad so i changed them, nothing happend.....so i checked the fuses and they were not blown.....what else could be the cause of my headlights not turning on?

Also check the start button.  The start button connections could be burnt up and not getting power to the headlights.  The start button has 4 connections 2 are power to the headlights and 2 are power to the starter.  When you push the button it kills power to the headlights and gives it to the starter motor.  But when not being depressed it will keep power to the headlights from the ign switch.
