My 21 month old son weighs 13kg?

Is he underweight or is this normal? Sometimes he eats so little and he does not want to be fed anymore.

No, that's normal weight range.

Measure it up to his height. My 2 yr old is approx 13-14 kg, your son is no where near underweight or overweight.

I tend to find when my 2 and 4 yr old go thru a growth spurt they won't eat much, but after they do they eat like horses lol! Kids will eat when they're hungry don't stress too much.

Sounds perfectly normal to me. And the thing with small children is that when they're really hungry, they'll eat. I wouldn't worry unless he starts to lose weight or doesn't gain weight after a long while. But your little boy is in about the 75th percentile for weight, so he's fine.
