My 21st Bday is coming up..i have 30 people who want to party in manhatten my proble, i dont know where??

so my b day is coming up in like 3 weeks. I have a deF 30 people coming out. I dont want to go to like a full out club cause it will be very hard to hang out all together or for people to get to know eachother. I am looking for like some kind of lounge /bar that will take my party and maybe charge us for some bottles or something. Someone told me that they went to a girls b day celebration and she reserved liek tableS in to back wiht some dance flooors and stuff and they made every 5 people buy a bottle or something. Anybody know anyplaces or sites for me to check out that might help me out???thanks love ya!!
