My 21st birthday need help with outfit!!!?

ok i just got my hair cut it is really short and it is really red. like blood red and i have no idea what goes what goes with what so i need a good idea on make up color and color clothes type of clothes and all please help......... oh yeah i also have green eyes and wear glasses and tan skin.

You need skinny jeans like light blue or dark blue or black and a tunic either of the colors that you choose for the jeans. Also some nice flats would match too. You would look chic and gorgeous!
