My 23rd birthday, need some fun (possibly unique) ideas in Seattle?

So I am thinking of having like 25-30 people come, and we like to drink so a bar/bartender would be needed. Money shouldn't be an issue, as some ideas I already have would be like renting a room out somewhere. The more unique idea the better though, I hope someone has some suggestions! =P

I'm in New York BlackLight parties are really big here! All lights out and nothing but black lights and as you know white clothes look insane in black lights so you can tell everyone to wear dark colors and just your closest friends wear white (just a little of course) while you make an entrance in ALL WHITE. You can also give out glow sticks, braceletes, and necklaces etc.

P.S. Since you mentioned money isn't much of an issue you can purchase glow in the dark body paint, paint some on yourself, on friends etc.

I hope this isn't too extreme (bare in mind I'm from NY ;oP  )

If it were my party I would do the Blacklight thing and hire a stripper to perform using the glow in the dark body paint! That would be hot! Again I hope this isn't too vulgar.
