  1. She is probably homesick with a phase. My 2 year old son eats nothing for a couple days and then eats everything for a day. But moving is a big deal to a child. It will get better

  2. 2 years old they should have a big appetite like McDonald's fast food and lollipops, more junk food. She probably is home sick.

  3. when my daughter was little we had the same problem with her not wanting to eat and took her to the Dr. about it. He said she would eat when she was hungery. You cant force her to eat . She did start eating .

  4. You should just say no more milk until you eat some food first. Stick with it too! Trust me, she'll get hungry and eat.

  5. idk did she leave to your house in another state if she did then ya she is probably home sick or maybe she wants her parents to feed her the food..........

  6. Don't worry, it's probabally a phase.

  7. I agree with the person who said stop giving in to her. If you refuse to give her milk, she can cry and throw a fit, but eventually will get hungry/thirsty and accept whatever you give her. Too much milk will make her anemic. Calcium interferes with iron absorption. Not that she is getting any iron if you're only giving her milk.

Just give her a sippy cup of water, she might throw it down and have a fit, but she will come back to it. Put food out on the table, cheeses, crackers, cookies and fruits. Let her go to it when she is ready. Do not force her. She probably feels like she is in a situation that she has no control over, which is why she demands the milk, she wants to feel like she has some control. It's like when Anorexics don't eat because they don't feel in control.

But, if a couple days pass and she still refuses to eat, even after you refuse to give her milk, you HAVE TO take her to the hospital.
