My 3 1/2 year old has a digestive problem, i think.?

He poops ALOT & he doesnt want to go potty in the toilet because of it, i think. He gets a really bad rash when he poops alot during the day & he tries to hide it so i wont have to clean his behind because it hurts him. I'm not sure if he has a digestive problem or its his rash or if he poops alot because he's scared to go p**p so he does it "one at a time". But I'm worried about the rash & how bad it hurts him, I dont leave him dirty for a long time at all because I know how bad his rashes get. At the same time i dont know if he's getting the rashes because of the amount of bm's that he has. I have eliminated milk products but it's still happening. His butt is kind of raw & i am calling the dr tomorrow but I wanted some input before i do so i can have a better idea of what i'm dealing with.

use desitin for his rash, it will make his butt feel better and a lot more fresh, trust me.
