My 3 year old is a very fussy eater. He won't eat much of anything but snacky sort of stuff like crackers and cheese. He does eat fruit (mostly pears) but will not eat any vegies at all.I have tried to do them on pizza and hide them in other things - but it doesn't work he refuses to eat it.I have tried to refuse him anything til he eats his meal but he just goes to bed hungry then wakes up starving in the middle of the night.Sometimes if he tries to eat mash or something he gags and spits it out.I want him to eat healthy - any other suggestions?Thanks for your help
