I don't like filling in a wedding cake.   But if you want it ask the bakery that is going to make them for you.   They will even have samples.

Red velvet is so intense.  I'd do just cream cheese in it.  Or perhaps raspberry.

For vanilla you can go with anything big and bold.  Any flavor you want really.  You could do a chocolate ganache.  You could do a fruit flavor.

Chocolate--do you like chocolate chocolate?  I'm not a big fan of that.  I'd go for something lighter.  I'm not sure what you like.  My dad would do Mint cause he loves mint chocolate flavors.  I love chocolate and marshmallow or chocolate and pineapple.

I think when you have multiple flavors like that you can really showcase your theme or really showcase your favorite flavors on one cake and your husbands on another layer.

I had a tropical theme so all my fillings were tropical flavors.  I looked at pineapple, kiwi, mango, key lime, coconut, almond.  Perhaps pick a flavor that is the color you are using.

But if I were picking for the majority of the guests, I'd do a simple fruit.  Banana or strawberry.  Maybe raspberry.  But avoid anything too crazy.

Vanilla w/ lemon curd filling or mocha filling
