My 3 month old son thrashes his head from side to side when he wakes from naps?

he does it almost every nap and just forcefully moves his head from side to side about 10 times, could this be a seizure? any of you experience this? he does not do it in the mornings.

My daughter does the same thing. I asked the doctors and they said its just the baby has learned new motions they can do and they're testing it out. But my daughter does it when she is sleepy not when she wakes up. So maybe you should try to get a doctors appointment.

As far as seizures go, does his whole body stiffen up? Because stiffening up is a sign of a seizure. But otherwise, I don't really think it's a seizure.
