  1. Just give her some ibuprofin and keep your eye on her temperature. Try to feed her cool liquids or popsicles and see if that helps. I don't think you need to take her to the hospital unless the fever is really high. Good luck.

  2. Try giving her a cool bath that will help bring it down. I hard to not put socks on them either. Tylenol is great for favors so try that.

  3. Is she acting like she does not want to do anything?  If she is you need to call her doctor right away.   It could be strep throat.  If you don't take her to the doctor she can develop other things that can harm her in the long run if it strep throat.   My son had this not too long ago.  It can creep up out of not where.  He had no other symptoms other than a fever and he was not acting like his normal self.  I called his doctor and they saw him that very day.

  4. Give tylenol every 4 hours and motrin every 6 hours, and you can give them together. Have her sleep in her underwear, don't bundle her. Kids with fevers are prone to having febrile seizures. Have her drink plenty of cool fluids.. popsicles, pedialyte etc. If she still has fever in the morning call her dr.

  5. Your little girl may just have a virus of some sort.  Give her some Motrin or Tylenol.  When my children had a fever I always put a cold washcloth on there head.  Now my 4 year old asks for a wet rag when she gets sick.  Give the Dr. a call in the morning if things haven't changed.  I hope you get some sleep tonight.  Best of Luck.

  6. I would try giving her motrin or children tylenol first, I have 3 children and they sometimes run I higher grade of temp., see how that works but if it gets any higher, or you feel like something worse is going take her to be checked out.

  7. Keep an eye on her throughout the night and take her temperature again in the morning. If it's still there or if it goes up, time to have a visit to the pediatrician.
