My 3-year old flush the tissue paper holder into the toilet, now the toilet is blocked, please help?

She flushed about 3 times, now I don't know where the holder is located in the pipe

go outside to the downpipe, take off the cover plate, and attack it from there, dont over exert yourself , you may get a bit flushed, all children do it  and i have always cleaned it that way

You're going to need a good plumber.  he'll have to find it and remove it.

Oniabi you will most likely need to pull your commode to remove the tissue holder,  If you are lucky a toilet auger might work for you.  Home depot as toilet auger for about $25.00.  It is not hard job to pull toilet. First buy new wax ring.  Have old rug or old towel to sit commode on once it is pulled.  Close off toilet shutoff valve. Loosen the supply line from ballcock, Remove nuts from bolts coming from toilet flange. Rock toilet left to right to break seal.  Pick up toilet and sit on old towel.  gently lay toilet on side and you should see blockage.  remove the old wax ring and reinstall your toilet.  Do not over tighten as it can break.   This easy but dirty job.  I hope the toilet auger works for you.  If I can be any help just email me
