My 3 year old is very negative, says she hates herself, that she's stupid and hits herself.?

We have a very happy, loving home. We never talk negative to her and are always trying to reassure her. It's not working...she throws fits over nothing and then talks about how bad she is.

Your 3 year old is getting these feelings from you.  Until you shed the negative feelings you hold about yourself she will continue this behavior.  Have you considered counseling for yourself?
