My 3 year old son keeps getting bites on his cheeks and above his ear when he sleeps,...?

two look like small bites, the other is near his temple and looks like a raised bump a little smaller than a dime....what could it be.......we just moved into a new house.

could be mites in the mattress or pillow.

It could be a alergic reaction to something in the house pollen, dust or any other natural phenomenon around the house if u have a AC unit try using it more often during the summer try making sure the filters are changed regularly dust mights form and can be spread every where also try using a humidifier sometimes heat can cause a rash on infants dry heat that is

well what do the bites look like if there like bug bites let him sleep some were else for a while and see if they stop coming and check the area for bug ex: wall, matress, pillows ect.

if it keeps coming when mybe its a rash

if it looks human mybe a ghoust but i dont belive in them but maybe a demon.

Its probably bed bugs that live in the pillow he sleeps on. Try washing his sheets more and try getting him a new pillow. If it keeps happening then call an exterminator to check your house out for other bugs.
