My 30-inch Samsung HD tube tv displays a vertical blue line before the screen turns on.?

Question

The t.v. is about a year old. It always takes several seconds, from when I turn it on till the screen goes from black to "on." In addition, now when I turn the t.v. off, I see a blue spot in the center of the screen, right when it shuts off. What is causing the blue line and spot? Once the line disappears, the screen looks perfectly normal...

its powering and cooling down, its normal. it wont blow up.

i advise you turn that

into an HDTV as the government

will stop airing free television

witout a service provider
