My 32in sdtv red power light,no pic no sound

Question

it has to be unplugged to work then it clicks but no pic no sound no control of front panel buttons red power light stays on cannot turn off with remote has to unplug it then it clicks again and makes the sound as if it had pictureMy SDTV powered off by itself now when I try to turn it back on the power light clicks then it blinks then click again then it shuts off. I have tried to unplug it but it still do not work.
