My 35hp marina outboard is sluggish for 5 - 10 minutes when i first start it up then runs ok wats wrong?

  1. does your engine have a thermostat ? either that or water in fuel.


  2. You could either have a small amount of water in your gas or the spark plug needs to be cleaned.
