My 360 is very loud it is an elite is any one elses?

Somes of the drives are louder than the others. Google search 360 drive types and you'll get butt loads of sites helping you figure out what you have.  From there try checking out www.360-scene.com to see if thats normal for your drive. If not you could probably finagle a new one from MS.  I have a loud drive as well but only for certain games and from what I can figure out its not much of a problem other that just noisey.

yea i was wonderin about that too my friend has a not elite one (forget wat its called) and its quieter but i think its because they put more fans in the elite to keep it from overheating as much like all of the otherones have
