Many people are experiencing this problem. Your best bet is to make a new page. for what I have been reading around is the only solution many people have found so far.

    Good luck to you.

  2. If you are trying to make a new 360 page, then you will need a whole new yahoo ID. Because yahoo will say that that ID is in use, and will be for 6 months.

And making a new page can also cause the same bugs.

Because of the Yahoo transition and updating their system, this is causing the bugs.

We know that Yahoo is not fixing the bugs. Because they are working on the new network. There are a few things you can do.

    Try cleaning your cache

If a computer is loaded with a lot of files and cookies, this can freeze the computer up and not a website.

Run a virus and spyware scan, and get a registry cleaner, to fix error in the registry.

Then restart your computer. This will for the good of your computer as well. Then see if 360 is still freezing. We will have these bugs until we get aour new network. Or as in some causes, people are moving on to other sites and some having bugs on them as we.

Before you pick a new website look at their help page, there are questions in there like where did my page go or why is my computer freezing up. Then you can see there are bugs in lots of them but at least we know what yahoo is trying to do.
