My 360 profile and profile picture?

Question

I went on my 360 profile to change my display picture to a normal picture instead of an avatar i have, but when i uploaded the picture and pressed 'use as profile picture' (it said something like that, anyway) it just wouldn't do anything. So i tried changing it back to my avatar and it still won't doanything. So now i'm stuck with nothing!

Does it do this with anyone else?

How can i resolve it?

Yahoo seems to be a bit slow at the moment, and it could take a few hours before it shows.

Some users are experiencing a problem with the 360 avatar. it can take some hours to show but it will eventually so please be patient.

yes it happen to me once and i just reseted my 360 and did not sing into live and singed onto a other profile try to change it. it worked so i just logged out singed back into my other profile and try to change it again and it worked. hope this helps for u it did for me.

Be sure to go to "My Profile" and "Edit My Info" and select the picture. Yahoo has been very slow lately and it may take a few hours.

BTW: The selection is "use as primary".

Lots of people have been have a lot of problems with their profile pics the last 4 or 5 days.. lots of questions posted about problems there.

Have you tried signing out of Yahoo and closing the browser and then logging back on to see if it would reset your page to a working order?

Also try cleaning out your browser history cache .. sometimes it gets too full and will cause you to have similar problems as this.
