My 360 profile page allows 4 photos(on the left side)one of them is a box with a red x in it,what is it?

I want to get rd of it and put in another photo but I can't delete it, any suggestions!!

  1. under it, it should say REMOVE PHOTO, or you should erase the whole thing and SAVE it and try putting another picture.....
