My 360 proflie has been hacked!?

some guy hacked it and im so pissed like i dont want to make a new account hes gonna delete all my friends at 8 he said hes gonna give me until 8 so i can make a new account and re add all my friends can i do something like email microsoft?

MS wont do anything.  If he changed your info on your profile your screwed cause then cant recover it,  I know how you feel.  I had 139K account and someone hacked it and MS wouldnt do anything so the just gave me my money back for the remaining months i had
