My 360 was lost in July..I've tried to contact yahoo keep getting the same reply?

In July I lost my 360 page one day it was there next it was gone. I violated no yahoo rules, no obscene pictures, no profanity, nothing. I've tried several times to contact yahoo and keep getting the same form e-mail back. Does someone know what to do. I've been told by friends I need to delete my services and make a whole new account. Is there anything other than that I can do so I won't have to redo my messenger list with it?? Please someone give me an answer. I like my 360 much better than myspace and want to change back. HELP ME

It is most probably gone but you may be able to restore it by talking directly to Yahoo! and not e-mailing and waiting for that form that you kept getting. I have no better answer, sorry!
