i think it is a good deck but where is yor harpie lady sisters and harpies feather duster is banned so stick to heavy storm but other than that pretty good 6.5/10 look at my harpie deck i posted and email me and tell me what yooh think

It's pretty good, but I'd make a few changes. I'd add Harpie Lady Sisters (otherwise using Elegant Egotist becomes pointless), and add in a few field spells. I'd recommend Harpie's Hunting Ground. If not, Rising Air Current and Mountain are good. I'd take out Harpie's Pet Dragon, and add Harpie's Brother and Harpie Girl. If you can, add another "Harpie Lady" card cause you only have 2. Harpie Queen is only considered "Harpie Lady" on the field and in the graveyard, so you can have up to 3 "Harpie Lady"s and 3 "Harpie Queen"s. Even though Harpie's Brother isn't considered a "Harpie" because his Japanese name translates to "Birdman", he'll still benefit from Harpie Lady 1's effect, boosting his 1800 ATK to 2100, and with Harpie's Hunting Ground or Mountain, his new ATK is 2300. With Rising Air Current, his ATK becomes 2600. I said to add Harpie Girl for more chances of boosting up Harpie's Pet Baby Dragon, as because he powers up from any monster, not including Harpie's Brother or Harpie's Pet Baby Dragon, that has "Harpie" in its name. That means he can be powered up by any of the following: Harpie Lady (original), Cyber Harpie Lady, Harpie Lady (1,2,3), Harpie Queen, Harpie Girl, and Harpie's Pet Dragon. I'd also add Aqua Chorus because it would allow you to boost the ATK of up to 5 "Harpie Lady" cards on your field, since they would share the name of "Hapie Lady". Remember, you can only of 3 cards with the same name in your deck, but this doesn't apply to the field. That's why Harpie Queen can be added in addition to 3 other Harpie Ladies. If you don't have any of these cards (that I'd recommend adding) in your possession, you can buy Structure Deck 8: Lord of the Storm. It has several good cards for a WIND or Harpie deck. It doesn't, however, have Mountain, Rising Air Current, Harpie Queen, or Harpie's Brother.

Currently, I'd rate yours as a 6 or 7. You can make it better with some of the adjustments I mentioned.

I give it a 5,  monster reborn and I think harpies feather duster is banned, harpies are great at destroying spells and traps and returning from the grave, but lack offence and defence and are original. Calcius, and the diffrent dimension crew would easily stop your deck because of their remove-from -play effects. nice spells and traps-harpie decks rely on harpies, but without them you may find it hard to win

harpies  pet dragon is a realy bad card you need to offer 2 mosters and it dosent get powered up much. the rest is great
