My 3yr old son is very paranoid with everything and everyone in the family what can i do to take all his fears

it's so many things like when something is inflated and i say im going to turn it off and one of his cousins dont want to get out like a bounce house he starts screaming to get them out, or like when me or his dad are going in a pool or the beach we cant go in with out him, he cant see blood cause he gets like an attack

You can't take all his fears, although we usually want to as parents.  You can listen to why he has the fears he does and show empathy for the ones that are realistic (death, illness, injury)  and try to help him understand ones that aren't realistic (monsters, boogymen)
