My 4 month old spits up all the time?

Shes breast feed.

Thats all she eats.

Is this normal?

I had the same problem with our baby boy.  The doctor said that it wasn't a breast milk reaction.  He perscribed acid reflux meds and now he is improving.  You may want to call you doc.  and ask him/her about it.  Good Luck

Not normal.  My second child didn't start spitting up until about 3-4 months and it just kept getting worse.  They put her on Zantac for it, and it helped a lot.  She could be allergic to something you are eating, like dairy for example.
