I had a difficult time potty training my daughter. She knows how to use the toilet now, but she continues to regularly have "accidents", and for the past 2 days she hasn't used the toilet at all. She just goes where she is. What do I do?

  1. my daughter did that and I held her down by her hips while she screamed and kicked. It was awful. She refused to even sit on the toilet... would not even touch her butt to it. All this after she was perfectly potty trained. You are in a better place because she is 4. Mine was only 2. With a 4 year old you can set up a chart, have her do her own dirty laundry and take away privileges

  2. My son is the same way. Try to bribe it seems to work with some

  3. Well if u make it fun like telling her that she will get a special surprise if she uses the toilet like every week that she uses it and dosent have accident's then she could get a small award for using the "big girl potty"!! i hope i helped if i can think of anything i will "edit" it and give u more ideas well good luck and i hope everything work's out.....

  4. make it fun

    get her a potty chair

reward her victories and stay cool on the accidents

    new pretty panties sometimes help

  5. Take away some of her "big girl" privileges and explain to her that she has to earn them back with "big girl" behavior, not "little girl" behavior.  Good luck.
