My 42" olevia hdlcd will not power on. the...

This tv was stored for about 10 months and now I am trying to connect it to satellite and it will not power on. The small green lcd light will come on or go off with the master reset button on the back, but the poweer button on the front does nothing.There's no sound, no snow, no nothing. Any ideas? thanks
