  1. a smack on the butt should do the trick.

  2. well not sure where your at but its a nice day here in ohio...how about take him outside to play or to the park if its good weather where your at?

    =)

he will be sleeping good and early tonight!!

  3. Well, porridge is not something that sticks with you for a long time and it turns into instant sugar. Focus him on whole grains, meats, dairy, and veggies with some fruit tossed in. Eliminate excess sugar and get him outside and running around.

  4. Welcome to the world of the 4 year old boy! :)

  5. sounds like my 4 year old girl!  my boyfriend and i let her and our boys (they're 2 and 1) run around the yard.  they love to chase bubbles (note: to prevent hyperventilation, get an automatic bubble blower!) so we keep soap water on hand at all times.

also, if i feed my kids mostly carbs, i've found they're more hyper too.  some eggs helps give them energy, but not an overabundance of it, add in some oast and a bit of juice and you've got a failry balanced breakfast!

  6. Take him to the park, or challenge him to a running race. A LONG ONE. He'll be so tired, he'll fall asleep. He has a lot of energy, so you have to let him vent it. Let him be very physical. Let him be outside for a long time and just run!
