My 5 month old Daughter has one foot that turns out?

is this something that as she starts walking will correct itself or will she need corrective shoes?

It sort of depends on the severity... but at 5 months, I don't think I'd worry quite yet.

with her being only 5 months i wouldnt be too worried...but i think there is something like that called cleft foot or somehting like that, that you might be a little concerned about...i would wait till your next doctors appointment and point that out to your doctor and see what he/she has to say about it
