My 5 month old puppy has a rash!!!?

My 5 month old mini Schnauzer puppy developed a rash this morning around her butt. Then later today she started pooping about every 15 minutes. Its a little runny and has some blood in it. She normally poops every hour but now its all the time. Anyone have any idea what it might be? I can't take her to the vet right away because they closed due to the hurricane.

As soon as the vet opens take her in.  And I don't think it's normal that she regularly poops every hour.  She should get about 2 times a day.  What are you feeding her?  A lot of wet food and treats?  If so, stop.  And dry food, is it grocery store stuff or premium?  If it's cheap stuff it could be hurting her gut.  Get her on a premium brand.  And make sure she stays hydrated.

Did she eat something she's not use to? Also stress can cause diarrhea, maybe the storm has her upset. You can try a spoon of yougart or call and get the dosage for over the counter diarrhea medicine. UTD of vacc right?

um yeah put some gloves un and gentle push on it and see if it hurts the dog and if it dose put some soothing cream on it and if don't it will be ok but ether way get it cheeked as soon as possible.
