I thought it was just of constant playing with my other dogs so i isolated her.But it now i noticed that it spreads all over her body mostly in the chest and legs. Please help. The vet said nothing about it when i brought her for a vaccination. She even checked my dog's general status but made no comment about the bald spots. She just told us our dog is healthy.

  1. Take your puppy to the vet. Sounds like mange. I just went threw this with my boxer Puppy.

  2. this is a form of mange that only puppies get. its tiny hair mites that are natural but your puppy has too many & the hair falls out. if theres many spots, he will need pills & a shampoo from your vet. if its mild, there is a cream they can give you.  he didnt get this from another dog & can not give it to another dog. its normal between 4 & 6 months. dont worry, it will grow back in about two weeks after you start treatment.

  3. oddly enough, it could easily be allergies...

  4. could be a condition called hot spots go back to your vet and make a point of asking  if it id i rub a mix of olive oil and emu (if you are in australia) teaspoon of each and hey bingo it works

  5. I'm not sure this is the case, but my dog got some bald spots on her ear because she got ringworm. But after treatment, it all grew back. I suggest you go back to the vet and point it out to her plainly and ask her what it is.
