Question:

My 5 yr old is going to school next Monday...?

and I want to spend time with him doing something special with him before school starts back. Like a family day. Do you think he's old enough to bowling with me and his dad?

  1. definitely. bowling with my family was always a ton of fun. not sure why but there's just something about bowling that just brings us all together. (at least for our family)

  4. Most Definitely, they have so much fun, have the bowling alley put some bumpers in the lane so that it stays FUN for your 5 year old, my daughter is starting kindergarten this year too, I can't believe it. :(

  5. Sure, he might need a little help but he will probally love it.  I just took my daughter about 3 weeks ago and she is 3-1/2 and she loved it

    I took my 5 year old to the carnival and we played games (bowling was one of them) his favourite and went on th roller coasters all day...

  10. Absolutely!  Every place has bumpers you can use, and some also have these "carts" where the kids can just put the ball on it and push it.  My daughter went to a bday party at a bowling alley with 5 and 6 yr. olds and they all loved it!

  11. yes!!! i recently took my 5yr old bowling for that same reason and he had a blast!!! just ask for bumpers. =)
