When it went out the screen had like a spiral color image in the center of the tv when it was on, also was making a zapping noise. When I turn the tv off it takes about 2-4 seconds for the zapping noise to stop. And there never used to be a crack on the left corner but now there is? It is inside the pllasma screen though, I dont feel anything but a smooth screen. Please help I bought the tv in December 07, its brand new

  1. unplug the tv and have it checked by a technician.  zapping noise is not normal and indicates that there is something wrong with the tv.

  2. Well then, the warranty ought to still be valid, maybe you should start with the store you purchased it from.  It's not really rocket science is it?  What are you hoping for from complete strangers?  Are you hoping that one of us knows the "secret spot" to touch a plasma TV to make it work?  I doubt seriously you were smart enough to find the off switch.
