My 6 month old cockatiel is sick! What to do.....?

My sweet little female African-Grey tiel is sick. She's just puffed up w/ her eyes half shut. i dont know what to do. She won't eat her main food or drink her water. She's eating her millet though. Please help me. I

You people that ask about your sick pets are a crack up.  The answer is simple and the same every time...CALL THE VET.  If the vet thinks it is serious, they will have you bring the animal in.  If the vet can advise you over the phone...they will!!!!  It's just that simple.

You need to find out why she is sick and you can't wait any longer. Birds die quickly by the time they show sign's of sickness.

Call a good vet that works with birds or better yet an Avian vet and get her in right away.This is all you can do to help her.

This is deffinatley a sick bird yes you do need to seek vet help keep the bird warm and quiet at about 28 degrees and get help quick. I think you mean cockatiel they come from Australia as there is no such thing as an african grey cockatiel, but there are large parrots in Africa called African Greys
