  1. Start correcting the beahavior, the earlier the better.

  2. Leave her to cry, pick her up only when you feel she's running out of breath, most likely if it happens 2-3 times she'll stop throwing tantrums.

  3. Redirect her attention onto something that is okay for her to have or do. It should be easy to change her activity at her age.

  4. keep a very watchful eye while you are careful not to show her that you're paying any attention, then when she's calm make sure you only reward positive behavior with love and cuddles.... only if shes throwing a tantrum not if shes hurt or scared, she needs you at those times. Do this consistently for a week (it will be a long week) and u should notice considerable improvement.

    Good luck!

  5. The younger you are, the more you learn so my advice would be to tell her no. She can't get everything she wants. If she learns that really early in life, she'll know later.

It's like training a dog. Just don't give her what she wants and she'll get used to it. That's my assumption.
