  1. My 8 month old son does that everytime I change his diaper or try to take him away from something he really wants. It's just their way of being stubborn. And the fun begins!! Lol

  2. My five-month-old just started doing that. I think it's normal because my niece did (and still does) the same thing.

  3. My granddaughter is the only baby that ever did that to me and it spooked me a little, but she is perfectly normal, so I guess some kids do it and others don't. I almost dropped her twice because she stiffened her arms straight above her head as I was picking her up.....scared ME a lot more than it did HER........

  4. Very normal....My best advice to you is to get a baby book. The author of What to Expect While your Expecting makes a great book on babies and toddlers. My kids did very odd things we werent sure where normal. This book provided us with anwers to all most all of our questions.

  5. lol... yes...My son is almost 4, and still does this!

especially when I am trying to drag him out of Toy's R' Us.

  6. yeah, sometimes becuase when they get older they, are heavier and have a different body structure so when you pic her up now your are probably picking her up differently then you did when she was newborn and smaller and more fragile,  it's also natural, for then to do that, congratulations, hope this helped ;)
