  1. Take the kitten to a vet.  Do not try to assess the cat yourself, you may assume wrong and make it worse. Eye infections are nothing to mess around with, especially on a cat - the clear outer surface of the cat's eye is VERY sensitive, and can be permanently damage causing vision loss.  Make an appointment with your vet to have it checked out and to get the right medication or treatment.  Good Luck!

  2. For her eye, you need to take her to the vet to get her checked out. It could be an eye infection or something could be stuck in her eye. For now try to take a damp cloth and just clean it as well as possible, hopefully it will give her some relief.

She is plenty old enough to be on a dry kitten food. If she is having trouble eating it, you can dampen it with some water for a few weeks until her teeth are stronger for the hard crunchy stuff.

  3. YOu need to take your cat to the vet because it might have some dust in its eye

Here is a recipe for eye and nose drops from "The New Natural Cat" by Anitra Frazer: 1/2 cup boiling water 1/8 teaspoon of salt

dissolve salt in water, cool. It should be tepid on your forearm.

use a piece of sterile cotton or 1/8 piece of paper towel.

You should sit on the floor, and pull the cat between your legs facing away from you. Grasp his head with one hand and hold his face upward, your thumb on top of his head, your fingers around his jaw. With the other hand, dip the corner of the towel or cotton in the solution and hold it over the corner of kitty's eye and drop 2-4 drops into eye. You may have to pull his eyelid open a bit.

This is a soothing eye drop for cats, which should shrink the inflammation. and you can find other useful info like this on the internet. It usually cleared up my cat's swollen eyes in a couple of days, and also works well as a nose drop, if the cat has a stuffy nose. You can also add one drop of golden seal to this mixture.
