  1. She is six.  No need to worry for many more years.

  2. I out grew that 'riding a horse for a living' the first day of college.  I went to college for Equestrian Studies, but I saw my future husband across the crowded student center and changed to Education;  I was concerned that I couldn't be a wife, mother and a professional horsewoman all at the same time - I have no regrets!

I still haven't outgrown the chickenhead thing, though :-)

  3. When I was six, I wanted to be a tight-rope walker in the circus.

Now I am a kindergarten teacher, and I see many creative job choices in the kids I teach-- from fire-fighter to a vampire to cowboy to astronaut to kangaroo trainer.

My advice is to let her imagination go wild. She will change her mind with age, but you don't want to be one of those parents who told their child: "You can't do it!"

Take her to see horses at a farm, and indulge her fantasies. That is one of the ways that kids learn.

  4. See if she can take riding lessons at a stable.

Good for her.  I've loved horses all my life.

  5. yeah, she is SIX. Let her be 6, be a kid, and have her imagination.

From reading your other questions on here I really hope you dont actually have a child.

  6. aww that's pretty cute/funny let the kid have dreams don't hold her back let her think wat she can and wants to do so lighten up give her a brake and let the kid breath!!

  7. She's only 6, so I highly doubt that will be her career choice. In the meantime, let her enjoy being creative and imaginitive and get her a horse on a stick. I saw some at the dollar store.

  8. She's 6. Jeez, lighten up.

  9. its ok she is only 6 lighten up! just live a little!
