  1. No, i dont think he wont come back, i have heard that when old male cats think they its their time to pass, they run away.

  2. no cause he might be n heat----(jus kiddin) he'll b back

  3. Have you put notices up and called your vet and the local shelters?  He could be at any of those places.  Was he fixed?  If not he's off making tons of babies and is probably why he took off.  If he is fixed then there's still a good chance he'll come home.  My friend's cat went missing for a year.  She worked at the vet and put up notices and talked to everyone in town.  So a year went by and she got a phone call that he was at a campsite over 30 kms away.  Some kid had picked him up outside their house and took him out there and then left him.  Always keep the hope.

  4. you always have to think that he will come back, even after a year. yes i think there is an awsome chance he'll be back. best of luck!!

  5. Yes, i do think he'll come back.

My 5 year old male cat ran away and after 2 months we gave up hope that he would come back, but somehow 3 months after he ran away we found him running across our backyard into our neighbors.

He was MUCH skinnier (he weighed about 17 pounds when he left and was around 11 when he came back) but still had on the flea collar we had put on him.

  6. oh i am sorry i think he will if he knows the area...like if he is smart . if he doesnt come back then it was just ment to be and you could reasearch other kittens to get and just try and think of the good side of things

  7. That really depends on where he went, if he's still alive, if someone picked him up thinking he's a stray, etc.

Put out flyers with description and picture, canvass your neighborhood, call the vets in your vicinity, call the humane society and any other shelters in your city, put "lost" ad in newspaper, etc.

Do whatever you can to HELP YOURSELF FIND him........don't just EXPECT him to "show up" at your door.

    Good luck.............

  8. Usually cats come back within a few days or a week if they get out of the house.

Sadly, if it's been that long, you can't be so sure that he'll turn up.

Someone else may have found him and decided to keep him in their house, or a shelter/rescue center may have found him.

Put up signs in local vet offices and shelters.

Also, keep an eye out, because maybe he does come around and you just don't see him.

Try putting food out on your porch and see if there's any indication that a cat is eating out of it. It could possibly be him.

Try not to lose hope. Even though chances seem slim, there is still a chance.

    Hope your kitty comes home.
