i sound really spoiled saying this but when my father refused to pick me up some chocolate from the store on the way home i told him that he didn't love me and that i wasn't speaking to him

in my defense i was PMSing

but i got over it in a few hours

she's younger than me (i'm 14 by the way) she won't be able to hold a grudge for long

just make sure that she knows you love her and she will forgive you eventually (but don't give in or she will never respect you)

Your child is just having a little tantrum. She obviously wants her way so that is why she is using the "silent treatment" to make you give in to what she wants.
