  1. They should charge about 25-50 cents a glass.

  2. Not higher than 50 cents. My daughter had it at 25 cents/glass. If you price too high, people will not buy, no matter how cute the kids and their stand are. If you price at 25 or even 10 cents, lots of adults will just toss the money into the kids' cup because they appreciate the effort, even if they don't want the drink.

It's not about market value. It's about a learning experience for the kids. I've seen kids sell a glass of sugary Kool-Aid for $1, because that's what their parents told them to do to make lots of $, and instead, people walk by and shake their heads at how overpriced it is.

  3. 75 cents..... not too much.... but enough to make a bit.... and on top of that, people in this day and age think NOTHING of spending 1$ on a water bottle, so for a cold glass of lemonade, made by the hands of two little kids who are thrilled out of their mind to have ANYONE stop and buy their lemonade, I say it could be 2$ and I'd still buy one.... just to see them smile with satisfaction :)

  4. $1 or $5

  5. I'd say $.25 that's how much it usually is...just make sure your kids are dressed cute, and they have a smile on their face!

  6. "Charge .25 cents a glass"

The lemonaid stand is a great idea!  Just keep in mind that the goal is not to make money.  The purpose of the "Stand" is to build confidence in your 7 and 5 year olds, and allow them to experience business first hand in a safe, educational, non-pressure, non-commercial and fun way.

No matter how much money they make celebrate their success!

  7. $.50 for a lightly iced, medium plastic cup. :3 Nothing over $.75 , or people won't buy. Also, consider making iced tea w/ sugar-substitute packs on the side; something nice for the adults to sip on that's not filled with sugar.
