My 7 year old cat has fatty liver disease. Is there anything i can do to help make her eat/ drink at home. ?

I have been force feeding her and giving her some water. But she keeps throwing up, green stuff. Please let me know what i can do besides taking her to the vet. I already did that. And they gave us antibiotic.

low fat food please, her liver is having a hard enough time processing the fats

Feed very small amounts frequently.  Find a food that she really likes. At this point, the most important thing to do is get food into her system.  I've known a few owners who have had this problem and I've recommend the Fancy Feast souffles because 1) cats like them, 2) They are easy to eat, easy on the tummy.

Feed just a teaspoonful at first if that is all she will take and then go back and feed another small amount.

It is critical that she eat or this will kill her.

she might need another antibiotic, cefa drops make cats puke, try clavamox, go back to the vet, if you cant try canned food, and a pet fountain.
