  1. omg!! are u kiding me??!! i'm in 6th and 11 and i'm only 4 10!! and i'm tall!!! are you sure hes not 4 4??

  2. Yes that is tall for his age but he should not be labeled in a rude way by any means.  I would talk with the parents of these children asap.  Self esteem is very important in children now a days.

  3. omg!!!!! wow i am 13 and he is only 1 inch shorter than me! but anyway there is a kid in my class and he always got picked on for being tall but now he's kinda popular.

  4. no way, i would pick on him too. sorry, tell him to tell them to stop, and that he likes how tall he is (if that is true for hi m)

  5. Had this problem and it all will work out!!  when my son was 9 he was 5 ft. 6. he is now 14 and 6 ft. 1. Everyone is jeoulous of your son. No one picked on my son only at first it will pass. Tell your son to ignore them and then if need be stand up for himself in whatever way you and your husband agree on . Good Luck and tell your son he is blessed with this height we all know men who would LOVE to be tall.

  6. Try to get him involved in sports or other activities to boost his confidence.  My cousin, a girl was 5'11" in seventh grade.  To say she was the tallest was an understatement, she started slouching which cause back problems and she had to see a chiropractor for a while.  Her mom got her into basketball, which turned out she loved, excelled at it, and made her varsity team her freshmen year when she hit high school, she was also a starter her freshmen year as well.  I would also talk to his teacher about it too.  No one should be getting picked on and many schools these days have a zero tollerance on these types of behaviors of students.

  7. if he is 5' 3" he could kick their asses

  8. tell ur son to woop their ***

  9. Yea, I had the same prop.. I am 15 and 5'8" tall. I stuck out like a sore thumb until I moved back to my home-country and discovered I wasn't nearly as tall as some of the children there. You could engage him in extra curricular activities like male modeling or basket ball to give his confidence a boost .

  10. The only advice I could give you would be making sure you talk to your son, and reinforce the concept of everybody having different body images and no one type being perfect to reinforce his self esteem. Hey, if anything your son has a gift, he just might excel in sports someday!

  11. swear!!!!
