My 8 month old daughter weigh only 7.25kg and 79cm in height. is this normal for her age now?

She is 5.7lbs at birth..what's the ideal weight and height of a 8 month old baby..thanks for your answers.

sorry i don't know how to convert kg into pounds.

but if you take her to her well baby check ups they can keep track of the weight gian, and measure the head size to track the growth of the brain. If she is eating well and is developing on track with her large motor skills she should be fine.

If you have introduced solid foods continue to give her breast milk or formulas until at least 1 year old then give her whole milk babies need healthy fats to have normal brain development. Your doctor can be helpful in giving you this information. Try not to worry to much ( babies and children come in all sizes) and enjoy your baby. they grow up very quickly!
