  1. I had that problem once with a pup and the vet told me to give him a teaspoon of mineral oil.  All it does is help things slide out easier.

  2. feed her some pumpkin (canned works), give her a little pepto, or give her like a tablespoon of vegetable or olive oil. you can either give these to her with a syrenge or mix them in her food.

  3. You can try to give her some canned pumpkin (not the spicy kind you use for pumpkin pie filling).  This sometimes helps.

  4. A little pumpkin or a little mineral oil.  Both will take several hours to work though.

  5. The best thing to do is get a cheap can of dog food it will really loosen up.

  6. white rice.... cooked white rice clears the system, and a decaff tea. I read this in my husky book, its flushes the system, and when i give this to my dog, it has a laxative effect.

Pepto is for nausia, heartburn, indigestion, upset stomach and DIARRHEA... therefore, it will hard the stools more, please do not give that to your dog!!!!!

  7. Just wait and it will be fine.

  8. just give her some caned pumkin filling.if she wount eat it plain then   you could always mix some in her food dish. And if that doent work then i'd bring her to the vet.

  9. How do you know she's constipated?  What is she doing exactly?  Rubbing the butt on the floor is not constipation......nor is not having a bowel movement on command.  I would not give her a bunch of home remedies until you know what is going on.  It could hurt more than help.  If she has an impacted anal gland pumpkin or fiber or oil could make it much worse.
