uh...he ain't gettin' it up at age 8...perty sure lol.

You should say congratulations!  They're too young to make babies, so they're just practicing.  Tell no one.  They'll grow out of this eventually.  You only tell on someone when what they are doing can do harm to themselves or others.  Your brother is learning about intimacy with the opposite s*x.  This is a good thing.

oh wow i would feel like im in a sticky situation if i was u, personally before i dealt with the parents, try talking to him urself... then maybe the parents. if u go straight to them u could risk any close feelings and trust with ur brother, and he may feel betrayed. try talking to him && explain the neg. things that happen
